Bought a watch and it never worked from the time I took it out of the box. Return process has been a nightmare. Still haven’t been able to return it as I wait for yet another response to my latest email. Very disappointed with the service. You really don’t know if a company is any good until something goes wrong. Now I’m learning the hard way.

Excellent Customer service. Had a minor issue that they rectified immediately. Great product for the price too !!

My order has been lost with FedEx and all other attempts to contact Holzkern have failed so far. I have emailed twice (automated response only each time), called (no answer just an automated message sending you to the website), Facebook messaged, instagram messaged…

FedEx say my parcel was delivered yesterday but someone was home all day and no attempt was made. We even double checked the ring camera footage and no one came to the house 2 hours either side of the alleged delivery time. No response from FedEx on my attempts to contact them also. No signature on file and 2 random scans the day after alleged delivery in Germany.

This is a wedding present for my fiancé to wear on our wedding which is next week! Ordered in good faith as delivery was promised in 3-7 working days.

How can you offer customer service in anyway if people can’t contact you effectively?!

What a fantastic company. I ordered a ring for my son which sadly didn't fit so I had to order another. He then reminded me that he was away for two weeks, but the Holzkern team were great and gave me extra time to return in case it didn't fit again. It didn't :'( so I had to return that too. But the communication between from them was brilliant, they are so friendly and helpful. Unlike some companies I also didn't have to wait days for a reply. It was always within a few hours.
The rings themselves are beautiful, it's just a shame his fingers are very narrow. I would happily use them again.

Purchased what I thought was a quality ring but unfortunately had to send back after 2 months due to the stone coming off, apparently was repaired or exchanged, no one seems to know…3 months later same happen! I was offered to send ring back which I refuse, a voucher or replacement but refused as likely to happen again and again. I feel the responses from customer service are standard, a lot of talking without any real explanation apart from telling me the glue to stick the stone is very good quality from Switzerland, whatever that means. I would expected at least some type of investigation. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company, poor quality products. Disappointed for sure and don’t be fouled by the smart website and over kind customer service, the bottom line is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Amazing customer service!!!! I would give them a 10 out of 5 if I could. I lost an earring which was a 40th birthday present and contacted the company as the earrings are no longer sold on their website. To my amazement they made/ found another pair of earrings I was over the moon. Thank you, if only all companies had such amazing service. To be honest I emailed thinking it was a 1 in a million chance. The response time Everytime I emailed was fast and efficient as well.

The team answered me in a manners of hours.They were super understanding and they accomodate my request!

So after finally receiving the watch after about a month the first time I wore it the links just fell apart....I really don't know how they get away with charging £300 for this...I've put it back together myself but with the slightest bit of movement it falls apart again 😡😡

Holzkern’s ‘Space Dust’ watch jumped up and spoke to me as I was browsing the amazing selection of wooden watches on the website. So did the, solar powered, ‘Zetta’ watch, but I had to pick one or the other and finally went for the ‘Space Dust’.

Why did I buy a Holzkern watch?, well, they are very beautiful watches, I like the idea of wearing earthy materials, the blue marble face is like staring into a dark starry evening sky, each watch is completely unique with limited models of each design, I’m a modern man and wanted something a little different to the gold bling watches but still wanted a man’s timepiece with that touch of class and Holzkern had a bohemian look that caught my attention instantly.

The watch arrived quickly within a week of ordering and came in a quirky wooden box….I like stuff like that….a nice touch!

My bezel was suddenly lost wich is not ussual. Because this was not suppose to happen holzkern send me a new one off charge. What a great service!!

The earrings are really beautifull and very well made. For the price it is simply incredible. Due to some delay by the carrier I contacted the very helpfull Holzkern team. They inmediately responded and the parcel was delivered within 2 days. Great service!

Products are absolutely lovely, staff will do everything they can if you have any problems, they are fast at replying to emails, and very helpful and friendly, we have bought x3 bandlets so far and they are lovely, thank you to you all 😊
